Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Licensed Real Estate Agent role based in Wadsworth, OH, with flexibility to complete some responsibilities from home. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate, including conducting property showings, open houses, listing presentations, and market analyses. Responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, using company tools and systems for listings and transactions, and staying current on local market trends and regulations. The agent will collaborate with in-house mortgage, title, and insurance partners to provide clients with a seamless, full-service experience while delivering consistent, responsive customer service.
Qualifications
  • Active state Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe), with a solid understanding of real estate principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in Sales and Real Estate, including prospecting, lead conversion, and relationship management.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset, including clear communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Working knowledge of Real Property concepts, contracts, and basic real estate law relevant to residential transactions.
  • Comfort with technology tools such as MLS platforms, CRM systems, virtual tour tools, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time, pipeline, and schedule effectively.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to fair housing and non-discriminatory practices.
  • Previous real estate, sales, or customer-facing experience is preferred; familiarity with the Wadsworth, OH area market is a plus.
