Job description

Job Summary
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent/Broker, based in New York, NY. The Agent/Broker will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying property listings, analyzing market trends, and facilitating transactions. Daily activities include negotiating leases and sales, managing client communications, and collaborating with the brokerage team to achieve organizational goals. Further responsibilities include conducting property tours, managing commercial property transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, and building long-term relationships with clients, major brands and industry professionals. The role involves market research, identifying opportunities, and staying informed about real estate trends and regulations. The agent will actively work with property owners and tenants to meet their requirements and ensure smooth, seamless transactions. This is a 1099 Commission Based Job.
