Entry-Level Data Center Technician

Location: Clarksville

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Level 1 Data Center Technicians. This role is an excellent opportunity to enter the rapidly expanding data center and telecommunications industry.

This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in reliability and teamwork. You will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining valuable exposure to data center operations and technical installations. Training is provided, making this an ideal starting point for building a long-term career in a high-demand field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull and route cabling throughout the data center environment
  • Assist with assembling, stacking, and drilling equipment racks
  • Scan, label, and connect (port) equipment accurately
  • Use computer systems to document equipment locations and part numbers
  • Support installation and operational tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in construction, trades, or similar environments
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Proven reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
