Job Description
The Implementation Representative sets up clients within our system and makes changes to their ordering parameters, interacting with various internal teams to ensure that clients are maintained appropriately within our system.
This is an on site position located in Warminster, PA. This position pays $16hr.
Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming client requests. This includes creating, updating, and maintaining user account for users of our various websites.
  • Process new client orders and change requests according to established department policies and procedures. This includes creating, updating, and maintaining various services, levels, and products for our clients as well as working with Sales Executives, Account Managers and other departments (including OHS, IT, as well as our sister company, Fieldprint) to establish new clients in Producer.
  • Work closely with research and quality assurance departments.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Required Skills
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills, including knowledge of computer terminology and use of MS Office and Internet Explorer.
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Vertical Screen operations.
Education
The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a High School diploma.
