Transnation Title Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our Lansing team. This position plays an important role in the title and escrow process by ensuring incoming orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Review incoming title and escrow orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter order information into the title and escrow production system with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Contact customers and internal departments to obtain missing information and documentation.
  • Retrieve and organize property records, starter documents, and supporting information.
  • Research and obtain property tax and legal information from approved sources.
  • Maintain accurate electronic files and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Monitor the status of incoming orders and route completed files to the appropriate production team for title search and examination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while communicating professionally with customers, lenders, real estate professionals, attorneys, and coworkers.
  • Follow company policies, underwriting requirements, and established procedures to ensure compliant order processing.
