About the Position

As an Assembly/Test IV - Team Lead, you will lead complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly, testing, and fabrication operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and high quality in both standard and non-standard environments.

Responsibilities
  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently to perform assembly tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of product in assigned workstations, ensuring materials are readily available for ongoing operations.
  • Perform quality work checks, identify product defects, and accurately record identified defects for corrective action.
  • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products based on engineering specification changes to meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures, ensuring compliance and a high standard of work.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, promoting efficiency and safety.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation, ensuring safe material handling.
  • Work in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day, contributing to continuous workflow.
  • Be open to international travel for required training, expanding your expertise and ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • No security clearance required.
