Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Data & Web)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale sophisticated web applications that bridge the gap between complex data pipelines and intuitive user interfaces. You will be a key contributor in our product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to translate business needs into clean, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.
This is an "end-to-end" role for an engineer who thrives on the intersection of data and presentation. You will build backend services, develop responsive frontend components, and ensure that our applications are optimized for both user experience and data throughput. If you are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with the newest web frameworks and is eager to take ownership of complex technical challenges, this is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development & Architecture
• End-to-End Delivery: Design and develop high-performance web application backends and user-facing frontends using a modern stack (React, TypeScript, Python).
• Data Integration: Build and maintain scalable APIs to serve complex datasets to the frontend. Ensure robust data communication between services, including dataset transformations and backend logic.
• Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Participate in rigorous code reviews, mentor peers, and uphold high standards for software architecture and testing.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Product Partnership: Work closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and implement solutions that prioritize user needs.
• Problem Solving: Debug and resolve complex software defects. Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
• Innovation: Stay current on emerging technologies and software best practices to continuously improve our team's processes, development speed, and overall technical expertise.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience Baseline: 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Technical Mastery: Proven proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python; strong experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Methodology: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile project management.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience with large-scale dataset transformations (e.g., PySpark, SQL).
• Adaptability-you learn new frameworks and technologies quickly and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills; you can effectively explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
