Role Overview
We are hiring a Fullstack Product Engineer to help scale Paxos Labs's on-chain product capabilities. The team builds DeFi infrastructure that simplifies access to on-chain financial rails for users and enterprise partners. You will help design and build products that abstract complexity and enable real-world financial usage
Responsibilities
  • SDK/API development - build APIs and SDKs to allow developers to integrate Paxos Labs on-chain infrastructure into enterprise platforms.
  • Research and integrate smart contract transactions.
  • Maintain a secure open-source repository and iterate on developer experience.
  • Fullstack development - collaborate with designers on prototypes and iterate across frontend and backend.
  • EVM development - stay updated on Ethereum core upgrades affecting wallet and developer UX.
  • Ensure reliability by upholding high standards in liveness SLOs and observability.
  • Work closely with security engineers to safeguard developers and users from exploits.

Technical Experience
  • Deep knowledge building EVM dapps.
  • Deep experience with developer-facing SDK/API development.
  • Familiarity with popular web3 apps such as Uniswap, Aave, Morpho, Pendle, etc., to understand UX across DeFi.
  • Familiarity with cross-chain UX concepts (Account Abstraction, bridges, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Solidity and ability to read and understand contract functionality.
  • Familiarity with financial math and ability to communicate quantitative information to users

Tools & Frameworks
  • Ethereum SDKs - ethers, viem, wagmi, rainbowkit.
  • Databases - Postgres, SQL, NoSQL.
  • SDK/API design - building intuitive, scalable APIs.
  • Frontend frameworks - React, Redux, Next.js, or similar TypeScript frameworks.
  • CSS frameworks - Material UI, Tailwind CSS.
  • DevOps and CI/CD tools - Vercel, Heroku, etc.
  • Experience maintaining SaaS SDK/APIs at scale.
  • Experience working directly with clients to provide technical support and deliver engineered solutions.
