Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a skilled React Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The role involves collaboration with product, design, and backend teams to deliver reliable, user-centric applications in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries to ensure scalability and consistency
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, maintainable code
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services using RESTful APIs
• Participate in feature development, testing, and defect resolution
• Lead front-end architectural decisions and contribute to technical design discussions
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold engineering standards
• Ensure best practices in component design, state management, and performance optimization
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure UI quality and reliability
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4–5 years of experience in front-end or UI development
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with modern React concepts such as Hooks, Context API, and functional components
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful backend services
