Position Description and Qualifications: Position Summary: The Operations Systems Engineer โ€“ RFID &
Automation is a strategic role responsible for leading the implementation, integration, and
continuous improvement of advanced automation technologies within a high-volume automotive
distribution environment.
This position is critical to enabling operational excellence by driving digital transformation
initiatives that improve material flow, enhance inventory accuracy, and ensure end-to-end
traceability aligned with automotive customer requirements. The role will transition TDC operations
from manual processes to scalable, data-driven systems through the deployment of RFID technologies,
automated material handling solutions, and integrated warehouse systems connected to enterprise
platforms (e.g., Oracle).


Required Skills and Education Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT,
Automation, or related field (preferred). 3-7 years of experience inwarehouse automation, manufacturing or distribution systems; RFID/AGV/automation environments;experience in automotive or logistics industry preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of the latest big data technologies such as Full Stack MERN (Mongo DB, Express,
React, Node) and automation systems (RFID, AGV, conveyors, sensors); experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred); Data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities; understanding of warehouse operations and material flow; ability to bridge IT, CS, and operations; strong communication and project management skills.
