Info Way Solutions is a company seeking a React developer to design and develop responsive web applications. The role involves building reusable components, optimizing applications, and collaborating with various teams while mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and consistency
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, efficient code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Feature testing
• Lead front-end architecture decisions and contribute to technical design discussions
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
• Ensure best practices in state management, component design, and performance optimization
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure UI reliability and quality
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–8 years of experience in front-end or UI development
• Hands-on experience with React.js
