Job Title: Lead React JS Developer
Location: Downers Grove, IL 60515 - Hybrid 3 Days Onsite/Week
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description
As a Technical Lead for React development, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of developers, drive innovation, and contribute to the success of our projects. If you are passionate about React development, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and have a natural inclination for leadership, we would love to hear from you
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience working as a React Developer, with a strong focus on front-end development.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a technical leadership role is preferred.
  • Expertise in React, JavaScript, JSX, HTML5, CSS3, and related frameworks and libraries (e.g., Redux, Next.js, React Router).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of developers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound technical decisions, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and building mobile-responsive applications.
  • Solid understanding of web application development principles, design patterns (e.g., component-based architecture), and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
