The role supports consistent process performance, reduces unplanned downtime, and enables quick response to equipment and program changes.Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues on automated equipment, completing routine maintenance on controls and related hardware, and applying focused improvements to strengthen automation performance. You will also document program or configuration updates and coordinate with technicians and engineering to restore safe, stable operation.Required qualifications/skills:- PLC programming experience- PC design software experience- Mechanical and electrical experience- Ability to read drawings and schematicsIf you’re ready to grow your hands-on automation capability in manufacturing, apply today.Night Shift FlowYou begin the night by reviewing production status, recent handoff notes, and any open automation items. Early in the shift, you check key equipment behavior and confirm controls are operating as expected, moving between the floor and control areas as priorities shift.
