Job description

Dr. Stephanie Gruenes Center for Cosmetic Dentistry in Becker, MN, is looking to hire a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist / RDH. Are you eager to grow your career in dental hygiene? This full-time dentistry position earns competitive pay of $60.00-$65.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to great pay, you will also receive the following benefits:

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST / RDH

This position works Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist / RDH, you are a critical member of our team. A teacher at heart, you come to work eager to help our patients improve their dental hygiene. Your visit with a patient often begins with a brief review of their medical history, followed by taking radiographs and conducting an initial mouth screening. Next, you clean their teeth and apply fluoride, keeping an eye out for any sensitivities or signs of disease.

As you work, you slip in education on dental hygiene whenever you can. You also pay special attention to anyone who needs extra reassurance because a trip to the dentist can be a worry for some people. As you do your job, you enjoy providing the best customer service possible, and it pays off when you see happy, relaxed, and well-maintained smiles. Your patients know they are in good hands, and you are proud that those hands are yours!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST / RDH

  • Degree in dental hygiene
  • Great communication skills
  • Good computer skills
