Echocardiographer for Heart and Vascular - ARDMS (RDCS)(RVT) OR RCS(CCI)
Virtus Healthcare Staffing is searching for a highly skilled and dedicated Echocardiographer to join our partner's Heart and Vascular team in beautiful Glenwood Springs, CO. This is a full-time position for a professional who can perform a wide range of diagnostic echo exams in a safe, caring, and clinically effective manner. The role involves working with both inpatient and outpatient populations and may include travel to outreach clinics, with evening, night, and weekend call rotation.
Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic echocardiograms, including TTE (Transthoracic Echocardiogram), TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiogram), stress echoes, and bubble studies.
  • Administer Definity contrast as needed for enhanced imaging.
  • Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with the Heart and Vascular team to ensure accurate and timely results.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Echocardiographer.
  • Current CCI credentialed in Cardiac (RCS) or ARDMS credentialed (RDCS, RVT).
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Experience with a left-hand scanner is preferred.
