- A weekly 8-hour shift schedule no nights or weekends
- Develop and manage sonographer schedules across all locations
- Ensure appropriate staffing coverage for PTO, call-offs, and volume fluctuations
- Monitor patient flow and workflow efficiency to minimize delays
- Manage labor responsibility, avoiding overtime unless approved
- Oversee image quality and ensure adherence to clinical standards
- Partner with providers to maintain and improve quality expectations
- Ensure all sonographers maintain required competencies and certifications
- Address quality concerns promptly and consistently
- Provide daily leadership and oversight to sonography staff across all sites
