Dental Assistant
Location: Waunakee, WI 53597 | Full-Time

We're looking for a skilled, self-driven Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who knows how to take the lead, thrives in a high energy environment, and brings a professional attitude to everything they do. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide expert chairside assistance to Dr. Sergeant across a full range of procedures
  • Assist across the full scope of services: preventive, restorative, cosmetic, family dentistry, implant restorations, clear aligner treatment, dental prosthetics, oral surgery, periodontal (gum) disease treatment, mouth guards, and emergency dentistry
  • Set up operatories and have the right instruments, materials, and equipment prepared and ready before every appointment
  • Take and process dental radiographs in compliance with Wisconsin state regulations
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort and provide calm, reassuring support throughout every phase of treatment
  • Take dental impressions and assist with lab tasks as directed
  • Provide post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene education (brushing, flossing, nutritional counseling)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in full compliance with HIPAA
Administrative Support (as needed)
  • Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using practice management software
  • Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries professionally and warmly
  • Support billing, supply ordering, and additional office tasks as directed

  • Wisconsin Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Solid dental assisting experience with a strong clinical foundation
