About the Role:
DWP Solutions, a subsidiary of Talent Transformation Group, is looking for a test administrator to proctor and support psychological evaluation tests for candidates applying to various roles in the Federal Government (the client). This role will be a casual part-time position based on the testing needs of our client, but could transition into a full-time role as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a responsible individual to administer tests to small or medium-sized groups at various locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Oakville will be the primary testing location, with regular trips being required to Burlington, Ontario.

• This role involves preparing testing materials, giving detailed instructions to candidates, and monitoring the testing process.

• We are seeking reliable and organized individuals who are available to take on this work.

• The number of shifts will depend on the volume of candidates and the hiring needs of our clients.

• Additional hours may be available in other areas of the business, including administration, proposal, recruitment, or marketing. These opportunities will depend on the skill set and career goals of the successful candidate and the business' needs as they evolve.
Qualifications

• Must be fully fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is considered an asset.

• Experience in administering and supervising group exams is considered a major asset.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

• Must be available for weekday shifts (Monday to Friday).

• Must be eligible for a Reliability Security Clearance from Public Services and Procurement Canada and an RCMP clearance.

• Must be comfortable using Excel (intermediate to advanced level).

• Experience in administering and supervising group exams is considered a major asset.

• A Bachelor's degree or graduate studies in psychology is an asset.
