About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Aim Higher ABA Therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn and thrive through individualized consultation and intervention services.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children ages 2-12 with autism, focusing on behavioral goals and outcomes
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Managers
Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and communicating with team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment, adhering to all necessary protocols and procedures
Collaborate with families to ensure a smooth transition of services and provide ongoing support
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
