Key Responsibilities:
- Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings

- Assist students with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to complete TB test per school requirements
- Capability to stand, walk, and lift to support students as necessary
- Current clearances (or a willingness to obtain them prior to starting)
Preferred Experience:
- Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
- Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required but a plus)
- Reliable, calm, and positive approach with a team-player attitude
