AO Globe Life is looking for Insurance Solutions Associates who want to make a meaningful impact while developing professionally. You will help clients review coverage needs and learn about insurance products that can support their financial security.
Whether your experience comes from sales, customer service, hospitality, leadership, or entrepreneurship, we provide training and coaching to help you succeed.
What This Role Involves
  • Working with warm client leads
  • Scheduling virtual consultations
  • Learning about clients' goals and coverage needs

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
