Raytheon's RF & Microelectronics Center is responsible for full-scope Independent Design, Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for microwave products, including architecture trades, design, layout, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of antenna systems and associated integrated system verification solutions. Our charter is to provide expertise in sub-systems engineering, RF and radome design, digital apertures, antenna ranges and module test.
What You Will Do
  • Lead root cause and corrective action investigations
  • Prepare and present program briefings
  • Implement best practice standards with regards to planning, coordination, and driving tasks to closure to support program schedule and cost goals.
  • Work with a highly motivated, varied, and experienced team of engineers and factory personnel
  • This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in McKinney, TX

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following:
    • Experience with arrayed antennas, RF Circuits, and / or sub-systems engineering
    • Experience leading root cause and corrective action investigations

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience with drafting and delivering program briefings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience interfacing with technical engineers, production personnel and support personnel.
  • Presenting to upper-level management.
  • Providing leadership to drive tasks to completion to support budget and schedule
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
