Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Marketing & Sales. The Director of Marketing & Sales will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, taskforce, prospective/new members, sales operations, providing excellent customer service, leading and developing volunteers, and driving business development efforts. The role will be based in Odenton, MD. (Location subject to change)

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Experience in sales operations and customer service
  • Strong volunteer management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
