Description:
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting StationCasinos' "We Win Hearts" culture. Works under the supervision of theSupervisor and Director of Facilities. Becomes thoroughly familiar withall phases of operation and maintenance necessary to operate the firealarm system and repair all kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, walk-infreezers, boilers, water heaters, pumps and plumbing. Performs allrepairs, maintenance, and replacement of parts for preventativemaintenance schedule and accurately records all pertinent data. Installnew equipment and systems as directed. Performs preventive maintenanceon equipment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Refrigeration required. Must beEPA certified. Basic knowledge of Health Department, ADA, and OSHA codesand regulations. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, TeamMembers, and Management. Must have a valid Nevada driver'slicense.
