Drivers say RDSI's team is fantastic!! **We're hiring safe, reliable, and enthusiastic Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages. We put Delivery Drivers first, lead with safety and performance, and treat all employees with integrity and respect. Our Delivery Drivers are the most important members of our team!

Company vehicle provided! No CDL required! Up to $5,250 Tuition Coverage!

**Open Positions: **FT & PT positions available - Drive 2, 3, or 4 days per week!

Flexible Shifts: 10-hr/day shifts with weekend availability

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

  • Delivering approximately 300 packages per day in a 10-hour shift

  • Enter and exit the vehicle 200+ times per day

  • Able to walk 5+ miles per day, delivering packages to and from vehicle

  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs.

  • Use handheld GPS technology for routing and delivering packages

  • Able to work and drive safely in changing seasons and varying weather conditions

Delivery Drivers Requirements:

  • Reliable, customer-focused team player who puts safety first
  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
  • Good driving record
  • Previous driving experience or experience driving large vehicles is a plus
  • Weekday and weekend flexibility required
  • Must be dependable
