SUMMARY
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for ensuring superior customer service, supervising and directing the Front End team, training and coaching staff to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed. The Customer Service Associate will assist the Customer Service Manager in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by providing solutions to concerns
  • Learns and uses the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
  • Learns and uses the GUEST program
  • Greet Customers. Be sincere
