As a Security Officer Unarmed Roving in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support patients, staff, and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while supporting daily operations.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and visitor activity while assisting staff, patients, and guests with directions and general support related to site procedures.
• Support a professional environment by observing and reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and by following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
