As our Business Controller, you will leverage your financial expertise to analyze and monitor business performance across the region, providing meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. Your ability to interpret financial data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement will help guide leadership and strengthen overall business outcomes. Through close partnership with cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in forecasting, planning, and ensuring that financial operations align with company standards and objectives.
You will bring 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including business controlling expertise, along with a strong foundation in accounting, analysis, and reporting. Your proficiency in tools such as advanced Excel and financial systems like SAP or Hyperion, combined with your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, will set you up for success. A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required, with an MBA or Master's degree as a plus, and your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be key to thriving in this role.

The hiring range for this role is $192,600.00 - $252,735.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 20% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
