At these acclaimed properties, guests can achieve their goal of living younger longer. In addition, Canyon Ranch operates North America’s largest day spa at The Venetian® hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Rooms Operations Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Rooms Division, Guest Services and Bell/Transportaion, including Housekeeping, Laundry, and Custodial. You’ll ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience from arrival to departure, foster collaboration across departments, and lead teams to deliver exceptional service. During peak periods, you’ll provide hands-on leadership and step into leadership roles across departments as needed to maintain operational excellence.


Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CR COLLEAGUE

  • Lead, train, and inspire teams across Housekeeping, Laundry, Guest Services, and Bell/Transportation.

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

  • Support the Front Office and Bell/Transportation teams during peak periods, including guest arrivals, VIP handling, and luggage coordination.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication, timely room readiness, and seamless guest experiences.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns with professionalism and empathy, and implement service improvements.

  • Manage departmental resources, including staffing schedules, inventory, and operational procedures.

  • Conduct inspections, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to maintain high standards and foster team development.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in Rooms, Hospitality, or a similar operational role (Housekeeping, Front Office, or Bell/Transportation).

  • Strong organizational and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.

  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building abilities.

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized guest experiences.

  • Ability to problem-solve with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.

  • Flexibility to step into different departmental leadership roles during high-volume periods.

  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
