Load eggs onto trailer - ability to lift 4 flats at a time. Transport eggs to egg room using 4-wheeler. Unload eggs into egg room and stack onto pallets a) Wrap pallets b) Clean egg room c) Assist egg truck driver to load pallets onto truck. Perform same tasks as an egg gatherer. These include gather eggs, clean workrooms, empty trash, walk floors & slats to find eggs & dead birds, help maintain & clean ranch grounds, clean waterers, clean lights, clean up ranch between flocks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Good management skills: personnel, organizational skills, conscientious, accepts responsibility, shows interest in ranch management. Outstanding motivation: must be self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Good work record. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Must be able to lift & carry 50 pounds. Must be able to climb a 12-foot ladder, step into & out of fathering pit (steep stairs), bend over & pick up eggs from Floor & walk 1.5 - 5 miles per day. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
