You will also be expected to assist the Assistant General Manager in leading the day to day operations and support BOH management of the guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback. - Oversee daily kitchen operations, including pizza, chicken, sides, prep, and buffet quality.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, consistently, and according to Pizza Ranch recipes and standards.
- Train and mentor team members while creating a positive, high-energy kitchen culture.
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and waste to help control costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth operations during every shift.
- Jump in wherever needed and lead by example during busy meal periods.
- Help recruit, develop, and retain an outstanding kitchen team.
- Ensure every guest receives fresh, hot, high-quality food every time they visit.
- Previous kitchen leadership or restaurant management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Passion for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory, food ordering, and controlling food costs.
