You will have an opportunity to interact with a wide range of customers of Harris Ranch Beef and provide exceptional support. The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, communication skills, and follow through abilities to succeed. Preferred bilingual (English and Spanish). Position details listed below.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CSR will provide support on sales to the company's executive accounts. Responsibilities include the following:
  • Contact customers regarding order needs
  • Process orders in the computer system
  • Support and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns
  • Review order fill accuracy
  • Prepare/send price and product offer lists for customers
  • Coordinate shipments of Point of Sale material for branded customers
  • Communicate with sales team as needed based on changes
  • Research and request needed credits by the customer
  • Follow-up on customer specifications in regard to particular orders
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
  • Track warehouse items to ensure availability
  • Identify, acknowledge, and expedite customer claims
  • Facilitate prompt resolution to assigned claims

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently to perform tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in checking information and filing
  • Ability and willingness to work as a part of an accounting team to accomplish organizational tasks and accounting deadlines
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated computer skills, preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs
