Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system.
  • Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
  • Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Keeping lobby and breakfast tidy and welcoming to guests.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)

Skills
