POSITION: Production Operator - Day Shift

Techniseal is experiencing significant growth and offers permanent employment opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package. As our plant continues its automation process, we are seeking Production Operators who will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor various machines used in continuous production.
  • Control the start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting of process equipment.
  • Collect samples, perform tests, and maintain production batch records.
  • Bag and palletize polymer bags or sealant containers.
  • Depalletize raw materials onto a conveyor system.
  • Move pallets using a forklift (an asset).
  • Ensure packaging methods are followed according to work orders (BOMs).
  • Maintain a clean work area after each production run and at the end of each shift.
  • Comply with company policies and actively participate in the health and safety program.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Energetic with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and precise.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including lifting up to approximately 50 lbs.
  • Experience as a mixer/batcher is an asset.
  • English language skills are an asset.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Day shift schedule:
    Monday to Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
