Superior Fence & Rail is looking for a strong, systems-driven Operations Manager to own and lead our installation operations from warehouse to final install.

This is a high-accountability leadership role responsible for ensuring every job is prepared, staged, scheduled, and executed with excellence. You will lead Installation Crews and the Warehouse Team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure customers receive a smooth, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing subcontractors and in-house installation crews
  • Build and maintain a strong, reliable installer bench to support growth
  • Schedule installation jobs and coordinate crews to ensure efficient execution
  • Oversee install quality and ensure jobs meet company standards
  • Maintain strong customer communication throughout the install phase to ensure a smooth experience and high satisfaction
  • Identify operational process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce issues
