🔧 What You’ll Do

Be part of a hands-on team that builds and maintains America’s railroads and Railroad customers! You’ll work outdoors, operate tools and equipment, and help keep the tracks safe and strong.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • 🛠️ Use hand & power tools to repair and install track
  • 🚜 Operate construction equipment
  • 🧱 Load/unload materials and prep work sites
  • 📏 Measure, align, and position track components
  • 🚦 Signal operators and control traffic near work zones
  • 🧍‍♂️ Work closely with your crew and report to a Foreman
