The successful candidate will manage a skilled team of transload operators, optimize terminal throughput, and maintain an unwavering focus on risk reduction and regulatory performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Maintain 100% adherence to OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT hazardous materials requirements. Lead preparation for regulatory audits and oversee incident investigations and corrective actions when needed.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff. Build a proactive safety culture through toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and performance reviews.
  • Client & Rail Logistics: Coordinate daily track rosters and switches with Class I railroads; act as the primary contact for customers regarding inventory, throughput metrics, and product quality testing.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of DOT (49 CFR), OSHA, FRA, and hazardous materials protocols.
  • Certifications: HAZWOPER 40-hour preferred; active TWIC card required.

  • Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday day shift with 24/7 on-call availability for operational emergencies and train schedule changes.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Eco Solution prioritizes safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. If you are a disciplined leader with a background in hazardous materials logistics and a commitment to continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.
