Job Summary

We are looking for an AI & Intelligent Automation Engineer with 4 6 years of experience in developing AI-powered applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI, and workflow automation technologies. This role involves building intelligent solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting AI transformation initiatives across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Build and implement AI agents, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent automation workflows.
  • Develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
  • Create and maintain ETL pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI/ML models using MLOps/LLMOps practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Participate in PoCs, pilot programs, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • 4 6 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or intelligent automation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience with AI-driven workflow orchestration and automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and data platforms.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain processes.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge graphs.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of AI governance, explainability, and model validation frameworks.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Exposure to Adobe AEM/AJO or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
