Job description


We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer specialized in Palantir Foundry and Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to design, build and operationalize LLM-powered, ontology-driven AI workflows for enterprise-scale use cases.

You will work at the intersection of:

Palantir Foundry (data, ontology, pipelines, apps)
Palantir AIP (LLM agents, Logic, RAG/OAG workflows)
Production-grade GenAI systems embedded directly into business operations.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of overall GenAI / AI engineering experience, including 2+ years hands-on with Palantir Foundry and AIP and has delivered real-world AI workflows.

Palantir AIP & GenAI Enablement

Design and implement AIP Logic functions, agents, and AI workflows using Palantir AIP.
Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and ontology-augmented generation (OAG) workflows grounded in Foundry data.
Develop copilots, decision-support agents and autonomous workflows using AIP Agent Studio, Assist, and Automate.
Integrate enterprise-grade LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or OSS models) within Foundry s security and governance framework.
Implement guardrails, evaluations (AIP Evals), versioning, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Apply AI governance, explainability, and security best practices in regulated environments.
