As a Field Service Technician, you will:

  • Inspects work previously completed by the company.
  • Recommends additional products and services that may improve the original installation, address customer concerns, or resolve newly identified issues within the home.
  • Follows up with customers throughout the service process to ensure all concerns are fully addressed and resolved.
  • Completes all required paperwork, data entry, and follow-up communications accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintains a clean and professional work area, taking proactive steps to leave the customer’s home as clean as, or better than it was found.
  • Safely and efficiently unloads, cleans, and organizes the company vehicle and equipment upon returning to the facility.


Field Service Technician Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in the construction trades.
  • Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
  • Ability to operate a phone/apps/tablet.
  • Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen up to 75% of the time.
  • Able to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
  • Can stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.
  • Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
  • A valid driver’s license safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.
  • Ability to understand English
