Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for effectively entering all customer orders and service requests received into the order entry system.

What You'll Do...

  • Verifies customer information and billing information
  • Establish correct information in preparing orders, billing, and correct documents that the company relies on
  • Inputs all work orders
  • Researches discrepancies in work orders and finds solutions
  • Continues organizational support by following policies and procedures
  • Communicates professionally with internal and external customers
