Job description

This full-time indoor environmental testing position with Homefax Services involves placing and retrieving mold and radon testing devices in homes throughout the Minneapolis-Twin Cities area. The role pays $25 – 30.00 per hour with 2 weeks of paid vacation, plus company paid online course work, certification and licensing fees.

Key Requirements

  • Certifications: Ability to pass online mold courses and obtain a Minnesota Department of Health Radon Measurement License (fully company-funded)
  • Screening: Clean driving record and passing a background check
  • Skills: Strong verbal/written communication for client interaction, and proficiency with computers and phone apps
  • Flexibility: Capability to navigate variable daily schedules reliably

Responsibilities

  • Driving a company vehicle to residential properties
  • Setting up air and surface equipment for mold evaluation
  • Placing, setting up, and picking up radon testing devices
