Job description

We invite you to join our Stockton Diagnostic Imaging team as an Insurance Authorization Representative. Growth and learning opportunity available for a caring professional that wants to further develop their skills and knowledge in healthcare, while making a difference in patient's lives. This full-time career opportunity has a Monday - Friday dayshift schedule, and is located at our high volume call center in Stockton, CA.

In this Authorization Representative position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Answer phones and guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns.
  • Verify Insurance Eligibility
  • Obtain Authorizations
  • Cross-train and help in other departments if needed.
  • Occasionally travel to our nearby centers to receive training and/or help with coverage if needed.
  • Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management

Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00 / hour
