Radiologist Job Description (Breast Specialized)DESCRIPTION:Provide interpretation of medical images and perform biopsy procedures. Ability to diagnose and provide recommendation for follow up care to referring providers and follow ACR guidelines and requirements. Required Background:Board Certified Radiologist with fellowship training in breast imaging. Specific Responsibilities:Interpretation of images, analyzing mammograms, breast ultrasounds, body ultrasounds, pelvic MRIs and breast MRIs to diagnose and identify abnormalities. Communicate findings with diagnosis and impressions to referring physicians and other healthcare professionals. Quality control and assurance to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the medial imaging equipment and process.Diagnosing and reporting on a variety of medical conditions and abnormalities based on imaging findings.Work collaboratively with referring physicians and healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely diagnostic care.Interpreting and integrating patients; history and clinical information into diagnostic report.Consult with other radiologists or specialists as needed for complex cases.Provide guidance to radiology technologist on proper imaging techniquesCompliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirementsPosition Profile Breast specialized radiologist to reach breast MRI, US, Mammos, body U.S. and Pelvic MRIs. Rotating schedule Monday Friday 8 5 pm with some rotating evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 11:30 8:00 pm.
