QAQC Radiologic Technologist Flex

Compensation: $45.50-$54.50/hour

Travel Requirement: Regular travel between assigned Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care centers throughout Northern Virginia.

We're seeking an experienced Quality & Operations Radiologic Technologist to support clinical excellence and operational consistency across our market. This unique role combines direct patient care with dedicated time focused on quality initiatives, workflow optimization, staff development, and operational support.

What You'll Do
  • Provide radiologic services and direct patient care in urgent care centers
  • Conduct workflow and operational assessments across assigned locations
  • Support quality assurance and quality control processes for clinical equipment and patient logs

  • Reconcile ordered laboratory testing and results within clinical systems
  • Assist with training, compliance monitoring, and special projects

  • Serve as a resource for operational and clinical best practices across the market
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • ARRT certification required
  • State Radiologic Technologist licensure required (where applicable)
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between centers
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of radiology and laboratory QA/QC processes preferred
