Rad Tech Supervisor - Operating Room
We are seeking a dedicated Rad Tech Supervisor to lead and support our radiologic technology team in the operating room. This role offers an opportunity for an experienced professional or a motivated candidate willing to train into the OR. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a surgical setting.
Schedule and Responsibilities
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Supervise and provide guidance to radiologic technologists in the OR
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, imaging standards, and hospital policies
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to optimize imaging quality and workflow
  • Assist with diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures during surgical interventions
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program in radiologic technology
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues
  • Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in radiologic technology
  • Prior experience in diagnostic radiology
  • Experience in operating room procedures
