Shift Type: Days

Shift Description: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day

Board Certified - REQUIRED

Active IA license or IMLC - REQUIRED (not accepting candidates who need to obtain IMLC or IA license)

Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing - REQUIRED (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)

MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time - REQUIRED (notate at time of name clear)

Aria documentation - HIGHLY PREFFERED. Note experience at time of name clear.

Schedule:

No call

Schedule Requirements: Facility is looking for FULL TIME coverage only. Provider must be available to work 4 week stretches at a time. Provider can take some time off in between 4 week stretches, but cannot take time off within the 4-week block
