We are looking for:Radiation Oncology Veterinary Technician
Our Radiation Oncology technicians need to have critical thinking skills, attention to detail and the ability multitask within a strong team environment. This team focuses on developing strong client and patient relationships due to many cases requiring daily treatments. You must be able to drive the MedVet experience of excellent patient care and compassion.
What you'll do:
  • Assistwith radiation treatments and CT
  • Client communicationover the phone and face to face
  • Manage appointmentsand scheduling
  • Accurate and thorough documentation for medical records
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to multi-task
Who you are:
  • State Registered Veterinary Technician licensepreferred
  • Prior veterinary experiencerequired,previousoncology orspecialtyexperience desired
  • Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)
  • Flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
