Radiant Family Relations Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans that address both pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support strategies.
  • Complete all required documentation efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure high-quality care.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by the clinical team to inform treatment approaches and assessments.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that reflect the needs and goals of the client.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the agency's high standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, ensuring that clients have access to the resources they need.
  • Establish open communication lines that align with our mission while fulfilling contract obligations within the community.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote intervention programs and identify potential funding opportunities.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences or leading workshops, to enhance your expertise and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
  • Promote the integration of the agency’s values and philosophy into your practice, ensuring a consistent approach to client care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
