Radiant Family Relations Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. In this full-time, remote position, you will play a critical role in promoting emotional well-being and recovery for our diverse clientele in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in line with regulatory standards, ensuring that clients' records are maintained accurately and timely.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to deliver the highest quality of care.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
  • Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and uphold the quality of our services.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to essential resources.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to meet contract obligations and advance the mission of Radiant Family Relations Counseling.
  • Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our services and explore new partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Engage in personal and professional development through conferences, workshops, and participation in state-level committees that align with your area of expertise.
  • Actively promote and integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles into daily work and interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied client population that includes individuals facing emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
